I've managed high-volume workflows, coordinated with diverse stakeholders, and delivered results in deadline-driven environments. My experience includes package logistics coordination with major Bay Area corporate clients, managing 178+ daily deliveries with zero late performance, coordinating proposal responses for government agencies and Fortune 500 companies, and building client communication systems.

From 2002 to 2006, I served as an Air Operations Specialist in the United States Navy, where I developed systematic operational procedures and a collaborative approach in high-pressure environments.
